Do you need a hair closure?

Not sure if you need a closure? Well let me explain what a closure is used for and the difference it creates in your style. Closures are used with full sewn in weaves. They’re placed at the top of the head to close off the style. If installed properly with a full weave, it can give you a natural looking scalp/part.

What’s the difference between a closures hair and a frontal?
A hair closure is a small piece of hair (approx 3.5″ x 4″) attached to either lace or silk and is usually used on the crown area of the head. A front brazilian hair closure is a larger hair piece (approx 13″ x 4″) which covers the front hair line from ear to ear, this can then be taped down to the front hair line with either tape or bond if requested.

Silk or lace Closures?
Lace
Lace is a transparent material; you can see the lace if you look up close.
Lace is very flat to the head so it blends in well with the rest of the hair.

Silk
Silk base closures last longer.
Silk have a scalp like appearance (It looks like the hair is growing out of the scalp and the silk has a
realistic pale scalp colour)
Silk closures are a thicker material and are not as flat to the head like the lace is.
